Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above INR 1,000. For orders below INR 1,000, a nominal shipping fee of INR 150 applies
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry an additional nominal COD fee

Accessories and home décor items are typically delivered within 5–7 working days

Clothing and made-to-order customised/ embroidery products are typically delivered within 12–15 working days

During sale periods, delivery may take up to 7–10 working days. Sale items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange
Express Shipping
We offer one-day delivery within Mumbai. For urgent deliveries to other cities, please contact us for availability. A 2–3 working day delivery option may be available for select metro cities
An express shipping fee applies to all express orders which is automatically calculated at checkout. Express delivery is not available for customised orders.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most destinations worldwide. For international orders, please select Razorpay Secure as your payment method
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders are generally delivered within 10–15 business days. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges must be paid by the customer

Returns & Exchanges
For all return or exchange-related queries, please email us at info@theyarnstory.com. We’re unable to process returns or exchanges over phone or WhatsApp.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible items can be exchanged for another product from our catalogue or returned for store credit.

Exchange: Once we receive and approve your returned item following a quality check, we’ll dispatch your selected replacement.

Store credit: Once the return is received and approved, store credit will be issued for the product value, excluding shipping charges. Store credit is valid for 6 months and may be used for purchases made through the same original order channel.

Made-to-order items, including clothing, jewellery, and skincare, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale items and international orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Items included in bulk orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can only be requested before an order has been processed. To request a cancellation, please email info@theyarnstory.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Approved cancellations will be issued as store credit.
Please note that sale items/orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded
