Shipping & Delivery: Free shipping is available for all orders above INR 1000. For orders below INR 1000 we charge a nominal fee of INR 150. COD orders attract a nominal COD fee.
Standard Shipping: All accessories & home decor items are delivered within 5-7 working days. All clothing & made to order products are delivered within 15-20 working days.
During SALE, shipping time is longer than usual and will take upto 7-10 working days for delivery. No cancellation/exchange/return on sale items.
Express Shipping: We also provide the option of 1 day shipping in Mumbai only. For urgent shipping in other cities please contact us. We do provide a 2-3 day shipping option for metro cities.
For all express orders, a fee of INR 300 is charged. Express shipping is not applicable on customisation orders.
International Shipping: We provide the option of international shipping to most destinations globally. For all international shipping orders kindly use razorpay secure for payments. International shipping rates are calculated directly at checkout. Orders will take ~10-12 business days for delivery. Any custom duties would be borne by the customer. We do not accept any returns or exchange for international orders.

Returns/Cancellation: Incase you would like to return a product, you can either exchange it for anything else in our catalog or take store credit for the same. You can return an item within 7 days of receiving the product.
Incase of exchange, once we receive the return, we will dispatch the new piece to you upon approval.
Incase of store credit, once we receive the return we will process store credit of the order amount to you. The entire amount of the product (excluding shipping cost) will be given as store credit. The credit is valid for 6 months applicable for online & offline purchase (directly from us).
We do not accept returns/exchange on made to order pieces & customised pieces.
No returns/exchange on SALE items and international orders.
Your item must be unused & in the same condition as received. Exchange will be approved only after a quality check has been done on the returned products.
The customer has to courier the returnable items to our address. The customer has to bear the shipping cost of returning the items. Send all returns to:

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is only possible before an order is processed from our end. Once an order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order. For cancellation please email info@theyarnstory within 12 hours of placing your order. Store credit will be provided against cancellation of an order.
There is no cancellation, exchange or refund possible for any products on sale.
